Winnie Morton, Associate Broker, with Silvercreek Realty, and working as a team member with Real Estate Counselor’s team. She is ready to help you find your perfect home. She can help you learn about neighborhoods, suburbs, and the places to live in Treasure Valley that are best suited to your needs. Winnie has lived in this area for 45 years and has seen and worked in all the different markets since the first big downturn in 1981 up through the ups and downs until today’s unusually high demand market for homes in this valley.  If you want a new home, she has the connections with builders, or if you want the mature neighborhoods, she knows where they are. 

Winnie has 100’s of hours of education and thousands of hours in experience in how to get the home sold or purchased for the first time home buyer to the “this is my last home” buyer who wants to step into the smaller home.  She herself recently sold her bigger home in order to move to a community with smaller yards and less maintenance items to manage, so now she has experienced the finer points of how difficult it is to manage the physical “move” and she will have great advice for anyone who wants it.
