I have lived in Idaho for over 45 years and am happy to call this great state of IDAHO home. My husband and I have successfully raised three amazing daughters here in Idaho and now have the honor of helping them with their first home buying experience.  As I grew up in Idaho and watched this great state grow into the amazing community it has become, I get to see my adult daughters be a part of that growth and watching them help make this state such a fantastic place to live.

Growing up in Idaho,, I have also learned how to find more time for myself and do more of the things I love, like Golfing, relaxing on my patio with family and friends, working on my health and fitness, we have got to experience all the great outdoor adventures from Lucky Peaking boating on the weeknight, camping at WarmLake with family and friends, golfing many of the Idaho beautiful courses to riding our bikes on a Saturday morning down to the Boise Farmers Market.   

With our girls grown and gone, I have been lucky enough to move into the next chapter of my life.  I am enjoying focusing on growing my real estate business more and spending more time educating myself on Idaho’s growth and what developments are in our future and how that continues to impact our housing market.  Being an empty nester I have also learned how to find more time for myself and do more of the things I love like, Golfing, relaxing on my patio with family and friends, working on my health and fitness and let’s not forget about my many DIY home projects.

• I began my real estate career as a Transaction Coordinator, contract auditing and learned from top producing agents and #1 brokerage in Idaho.
• I have over 12 years of demonstrated success in the corporate procurement world in electronics, financial business development, sales, negotiations, networking & leadership.
• Negotiating for my clients and building their trust with them starts with listening to their needs, knowing what is important to them and their end goal. Making sure I understand current market value in all areas of the valley. My goal is about making my clients real estate experience a positive and rewarding one.
